Q: Where are you located?

A: We're HQ'd in Seattle, WA, but most of our supplements are manufactured in Montana. 🌲⛰️🌲

Q: I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?

A: Promo codes need to be entered in the Shopping Cart section of the Checkout process. Right below your total, click the "I have a promo code" link and enter your code in the box that appears. The cost will automatically be adjusted once entered.

Q: I ordered something. When will it arrive?

A: Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within a week of purchase. 🥳
