THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERNAL CLEANSING

  • When is the most important time to cleanse?

  • When do we eat the worst, get less sunshine, and exercise the least?

  • When are people generally the sickest?

  • When do we gain the most weight?

You guessed it - from Thanksgiving right through to the New Year is the roughest time on the body because of the high emotional stress and unstructured eating habits. We can't overload the body and not expect to pay the price! I, like everyone else, slide off the track during the holiday season. Like most of us, if I want to enter the New Year refreshed and energized, the basic plan must involve complete evacuation of our digestive system.

Our digestive systems are probably not in the best condition when we enter the festive season. Christmas season is the most toxic time of the the year because of all the mixtures of rich foods and drink, resulting in our systems becoming congested under the extra load. Add reduced activity and diminished sunlight and it's downhill from there.

So let's talk about the most important part of the body which will determine whether we feel good during and after the holidays and keep our weight in check successfully . . . the large intestine. Disease is fostered by TOXEMIA . . . toxins build up in our body when we don't have good elimination and the waste basically backs up like a sewer and is re-absorbed into our blood stream, attacking the body's own tissues and organs. The body's weakest points will become burdened and disease will manifest itself in the form of aches in the joints, and then onto tissues and organs.

What do we do? My advice to you is to put a program in place NOW to eliminate the waste, support the body's immune functions and re-establish the supply of good bacteria in the bowel.

My recommendations for such a program include:
  1. Breaking up the lodged fecal matter for easy elimination. Bioxy Cleanse is recommended for this.

  2. Create support for the colon, pancreas, and liver, while cleaning out the waste with TruAloe, which also helps elimination while giving energy to the system.

  3. Re-establish the good bacteria (micro-organisms) in the digestive tract and build immunity with Royal Flora.

  4. Never eat when you are upset.

  5. Drink "alkaline water" to bring your body's pH level to a healthier state.

  6. Food Combining is essential for good health. Your digestive tract is like an assembly line. Everything has a time and a place. When you food combine, you bring logic to your eating. We eat for energy! Proper food combining will help you feel and look better.
