Maximizer The Most Potent Enzyme Available
Each capsule contains six different types of enzymes to digest proteins, five types for digesting fibers, twenty-five different types for digesting fats and oils, three types that reduce starches, and six types of enzymes for sugars and dairy products. Protein Reducing Enzymes: Exoprotease - cleaves off single amino acids from the ends of peptide chains. Endoprotease - attacks peptide bonds on the interior of peptide chains. Acid stable proteases - works in extreme acidic conditions in the digestive process after other proteases have stopped working. Bromelain - a broad spectrum enzyme that hydrolizes most soluble proteins. Papain - a proteolytic enzyme characterized by its ability to hydrolyze large proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Actinidin - a protease from the kiwi fruit that shows significant activity on wheat products.
Fiber Reducing Enzymes: Endocellulase - breaks the beta 1-4 bonds randomly along a cellulose strand. Glucanase - breaks down the cell walls of cereal grains. Exocellulase - cleaves the glucose molecules from the ends of cellulose strands. Hemicellulase - breaks down the hemicellulose of plant walls. Pectinase - breaks down the pectin in fruits.
Fat and Oil Reducing Enzymes: Lipase 8000 - This is a blend of lipases that addresses all the different bonding points to most thoroughly reduce fats and oils (contains 25 different types of Lipase).
Starch Reducing Enzymes: Alpha Amylase - Frees glucose molecules from the ends of polymers. Beta Amylase - Also frees up glucose, but in a slightly different manner from the alpha amylases. Amyloglucosidase - Enables the alpha and beta amylases to work most effectively.
Sugar and Dairy Enzymes: Lactase - Breaks down the lactose in dairy products into more soluble sugars. Invertase - Breaks down cane or beet sugars. Maltase - Breaks down maltose. Xylanase - Breaks down the xylan sugars found in most plants. Works particularly well with grains such as corn. Alpha Galactosidase - Breaks melibose, Raffinose, and Stachyose sugars that are responsible for excess gas in the digestive system. Mannanase - Breaks down the mannan sugars.
