Osteoporosis is the most common type of metabolic bone disease resulting from a combination of:
- the inability of the body to form enough new bone
- when the calcium from old bone is re-claimed by the body tissues and/or organs
I believe the most significant cause of the osteoporosis plague is that we live in an acid bath. Our water, air, and food have become acidic. The more acid products our body takes in the more withdrawals will be made from the body's mineral bank - your bones. Here is the process at work. Alkaline minerals are used to buffer and neutralize the internal acidity of our body, which is caused by our environment, our diets, and our lack of exercise. This state of acidosis is the main cause of all disease. Our body, in its attempt to ward off disease, robs alkaline minerals from our bones, tissues, and body fluids in an effort to keep us alkaline.
Twenty years ago we had a calcium scare. The media (tv, newspapers, radio) told us we lacked calcium and talked us into swallowing as much calcium as our diet could take. But the truth is that most calcium supplements cannot be properly assimilated because they are in the wrong form. They are a waste of money - unless the calcium is "IONIC", meaning "readily bioavailable to the body". The body's real problem is acidosis. Let's say we do take a good calcium product such as ionic coral calcium. Yes, it will be assimilated, but due to the severe acid state of the average person, the calcium will be used up by the acidic state of your body to neutralize the acidosis, never really reaching its true destination - your bones and body tissues. We must learn the true art of alkalizing the body in order to allow our ionic calcium to go where it is intended, rather than simply neutralizing the acidosis in our body.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY "ALKALIZING"? For starters, do you drink alkaline water? Or is your water "acidic" (distilled water, osmotic water, or tap water)? Remember we are a walking bag of water. Our body is 70% water. We bathe all our cells in water. Our blood is 90% water. Is your water alkaline or acid? Chlorine is very acidic and most chlorinated tap water is far too acidic to be healthy for the human body. Test your drinking water's pH to find out. We know our food lacks minerals because we do not replenish the mineral content of the soil as we deplete it. We try to fool mother nature with chemical fertilizers just as we try to manipulate our body with drugs. Even the best food is acidic; remember it is grown in an acid environment. So have you supplemented what nature is missing?

- Drink alkaline water with Ionic Coral Calcium.

As long as you believe that osteoporosis is a calcium problem and not an acidic problem, you will always suffer as your body is slowly eaten away.
One more thing, what about your bowels? Do you have complete evacuation every day? If you do not, your blood will become acidic because you will re-absorb your own waste. Moderate exercise is quite beneficial to reversing and/or avoiding osteoporosis. It is alkalizing to the body because it increases the oxygen flow in your blood and organs. Excessive exercise (past the point of exhaustion) can create an acidic problem (osteoporosis) due to lactic acid buildup. People who are acidic usually feel worse from exercise because their detoxification organs are not working properly due to excessive acid in the tissues.
In closing let me just say, whether we are talking of calcium deposits in the breast, kidneys, or gallbladder, we are talking of calcium that is robbed from your body NOT nutritional calcium. Calcium deposits are one of the first signs that you are suffering from "acidosis". Read the signs by educating yourself with correct information. If you don't, who will?
