Yogurt Bliss – Live Culture, Plain

  • ¾ Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Greens First
  • 1 tbsp Flax Lignans
  • 1 tsp Recovery®
  • ½ cup diced fruit of choice
  • Cinnamon to taste

Oatmeal Heaven:

  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal
  • ½ cup fruit of blueberries or strawberries
  • ½ scoop of Amino Cell
  • Cinnamon to taste
    Plain yogurt, enough to make it smooth and creamy (about ¼ cup) – optional

Detox Recipe

This is a recipe for a light detox prior to cleansing with the Para Program, Kidney Cleanse etc., used to assist the bowels and liver. 

  1. 300 ml. Grapefruit and lemon juice.  Dilute with 200 ml. water.
  2. Grate 2 cloves garlic and gingerroot.  Squeeze into juice.
  3. Mix 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil with juice in blender.  Drink.
  4. Drink 2 cups of Asparagus tea or any of the following:  dandelion, fennel,
                fenugreek, peppermint, chickweed, nettle, or parsley.
    Continue for at least a week.

Drink this mixture first thing in the morning within a time-span of one hour.
