Lemon Drink for your Cleanse
You will need:
- Lemon squeeze or lemon press
- 2 tablespoons of FRESH squeezed lemon or lime juice (approximately ½ a lemon) per 10 ounce glass of water (The product “Real Lemon” found at a grocery store should NOT be used as a substitute for freshly squeezed lemon juice because this is a devitalized acidic product.)
- 1 teaspoon to tablespoon of organic cherry concentrate or pure grade B organic maple syrup (optional)
- 1/8th teaspoon (a small pinch) of African cayenne pepper, gradually increasing your dosage
- 10 oz. of Vitalized water
In a 10 ounce glass of vitalized water, add 2 tablespoons of fresh (organic, if possible) lemon or lime juice, 1 teaspoon to tablespoon of grade B maple syrup (do not use grade A maple syrup or maple flavored syrup as they consist of refined sugars and lack essential minerals) and 1/8th teaspoon (or more) of African cayenne pepper and thoroughly stir (You may gradually increase the amount of African cayenne added to what you can handle). Or for convenience, in a 1 quart bottle of vitalized water, add 6 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then add a maximum of 3 tablespoons of organic cherry concentrate or grade B maple syrup and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (or even more) of African cayenne pepper. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly and drink throughout the day. As well, be sure to drink 1 quart of restructured vitalized water in addition to the lemonade mixture.
*** Depending on your weight, 6-10 glasses of restructured vitalized water mixed with the lemonade mixture, per day is recommended:
- If weight is 115 lbs. drink 6-8 glasses per day
- If weight is 150 lbs. or over drink 8-10 per day
*** If you have diabetes or hypoglycemia, use black-strap molasses instead of maple syrup. Do not use more than 1 tbsp. of the maple syrup per 10 oz glass; especially individuals that desire to lose weight while on the program. Do not use canned or frozen lemon or lime juice. If you feel weak or have a sugar imbalance, drink more of the lemonade mixture and take Marine Phytoplankton and Son’s Master Amino Acid Pattern.
Drink the lemonade mix every 1 to 2 hours. Take no other food, but be sure to drink plenty of vitalized water in addition to the lemonade drink. Drink as much of the lemonade mixture as desired,(up to ten 10 oz glasses per day - depending on your weight) but make sure to drink no less than six 10 oz. glasses per day. With the vitalized water you may go as high as ten 10 oz. glasses of water per day.
*** The lemonade cleanse has no fiber, so we recommend using Royal Tea to help with removing the waste being shed from the colon wall. Otherwise, the waste tends to accumulate in the body leading to tiredness and other problems. Royal Tea is a natural, gentle bowel cleanser and body rejuvenator that will ensure proper bowel movements which are imperative to any type of cleansing.
*** During the Lemonade Cleanse, be sure to take several 2-5 minute breaks 3-4 times a day by lying or sitting down will help you through this program and to calm down your body. If you feel weak or shaky, more rest is needed and you may need to increase your Son’s MAAP formula dosage and Marine Phytoplankton.
*** OPTIONAL – Depending on emotional and physical stability, you may add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. of Syclovir into each 10 oz. glass of lemon, water, African cayenne and maple syrup mixture. This is an excellent opportunity to cleanse fungus and candida from the body. Amounts will depend on symptoms.

The following supplements are suggested to be taken during cleansing:
MAP Master Amino Acid Pattern will help to deliver amino acids at 99% level, and helps to keep up muscle strength – No unused nitrogen is left behind, which makes the product a miracle worker. If an individual is underweight or on a cleanse for an extended period of time, the Son Formula is a great way of maintaining energy levels. Dosage: Take 5 capsules twice a day; you can increase the dosage up to 6 capsules 5 times per day depending on the constitution of the patient. If on an exercise program take 10 capsules 30 minutes before exercising and 5 more later in the afternoon.
Wobenzym N will aid in the cleansing of the body by digesting food particles and breaking down debris floating within the body. Dosage: Take 3 to 4 caps once or twice daily. If underweight, take 3-6 capsules three times a day.
Genesis - Zeolite™ will help in the overall detoxification and removal of heavy metals, acidity, viral fragments and free radicals during the cleanse without any interference or work for the body. As well, Genesis will provide your body with a complete and readily absorbed set of trace mineral supplements. Dosage: 25 drops under the tongue 4 times a day. Capsules: 1 capsule twice a day.

Natural skin brushing to remove excess dry skin – Dry skin brush the body first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night.
Salt Glow, once every 3 days
Castor Oil Pack can be done once a day for 45 to 60 minutes.
Ultra 1 & 2 Ultra 1 will flush out the virus, while Ultra 2 will neutralize the virus. Dosage: Take 2 oz. of Ultra 1, record any symptoms. Wait 5 minutes and then take 2 oz. of Ultra 2, record any symptoms.
Royal Defense (Syclovir) a systemic fungal yeast eliminator. Dosage: Take 1/4 a tsp. in each 10 oz. glass of the lemonade cleanse. Dosage will increase as the symptoms subside, working up to two tablespoons per day for a period of 3 weeks or until symptoms are alleviated, then drop back to one teaspoon per day for at least six weeks or more depending on severity of problem.

During this time, you may also use 1 drop of Super Silver to each eye 1-2 times per day. Also, a few drops in each ear, massaging the ear for 5-7 minutes and then draining any excess fluid. Using a sinus spray or eyedropper, insert Super Silver into the nasal cavity 3 times per day.

Going Off of the Lemonade Fast
We recommend a minimum of 10 and up to 30 days on the lemonade cleanse, but if you have to shorten the duration, you can restart the lemonade cleanse when you are ready to try it again. This cleanse has been done successfully for as long as 40 days with only positive results, however, one must be psychologically ready to do it.
First & Second Day
Continue the lemonade/cayenne drink if desired, but discontinue the maple syrup altogether. Start with a watermelon blended drink consisting ½ of water and ½ of watermelon. Drink as much of this as you would like throughout the day. If you prefer you can try 4 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with 4 oz. water. If it goes well, drink several more 8 oz. [1/4 liter] glasses of unsweetened grape juice during the day. Sip slowly. Dilute more with water if needed.
Third Day
Continue with the watermelon drink. Now you can also begin eating the watermelon. OR drink several 8 oz. glasses of unsweetened grape during the day -- with extra water, if needed. If you have only had unsweetened grape juice for two days, then move to blueberries for the third day. If you have been on the lemonade cleanse for over 10 days, continue to ingest the watermelon and watermelon drink for 3-7 days in total. If you have been on the lemonade cleanse for 10 days only, ingest the watermelon and watermelon drink for at least 3 days.
Fourth Day
Continue with watermelon or the orange juice and grape diet, but you can now start on leafy green salads in addition to the lemonade cleanse or fruit drinks and watermelon. No salad dressing.
Fifth Day
Eat normally with a proper alkaline, food combining diet. No junk food, dairy, tea, coffee, heavy animal proteins, white flour or white rice. Once you resume eating, if distress or gas occurs, go back to the lemonade diet and fruit for a few days until your system is ready for food.
It is important to sustain a proper alkaline enhancing diet, with the intake of plenty of vitalized water and proper elimination occurring from the bowels to maintain a healthy and disease free body.
